ITMs let you connect face-to-face by video, with a live FinancialEdge Credit Union teller during business hours. It’s self-service convenience and personal service right from the ITM/ATM screen!

What is an ITM and How do You Get Started?

An ITM is your credit union branch-on-the-go, offering you both the convenience of ATM transactions and Live Teller assistance during business hours. For 24/7 ATM transactions, simply tap or insert your debit card to begin your transaction. For ITM transactions just drive-up, tap the screen, for Live Teller and you will be connected with one of our friendly tellers for personal assistance, allowing you to process most of your banking transactions right from your vehicle!

ITMs use the same advanced security features used in our branches and at our ATMs. So, you can feel confident knowing that every ITM transaction is safe, secure, and backed by FinancialEdge Credit Union. Keeping you and your account safe is our number one priority.

What Can You do at an ITM?

At any of our ITM locations, the following transactions are available!

Please note that while our ITMs offer a wide range of transaction options, cashier's checks, money orders, documents, or coins cannot be accepted or disbursed from the ITM machine. Please visit one of our lobbies so we can assist you with these requests.

ITM Live Support Hours (Same as our regular business hours)

Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 12:30pm

Sunday: CLOSED
